DAYCARE & BOARDING

  • A two week minimum notice is best so that we can make sure we have the staff scheduled, but we understand things can come up at the last minute. Give us a call if it’s late notice and we’ll do our best to make it work.

  • Facility-provided food is $4 per day. You are encouraged to bring your dog’s food from home to prevent any stomach issues. Please have it in a labeled container with enough portions for their stay. We have a fridge to store wet or frozen food as well.

  • We provide the cots, blankets, toys and bowls; you just need to provide the dog! Please do not bring any bedding, toys or bowls as they may get mixed up with ours and not make it home with you. You may bring a small shirt or blanket (with your scent) for comfort, but only if it is small enough to be cleaned or chewed. If you are bringing your dog’s food from home, please have it in a labeled container with enough portions for their stay only as we do not have the space to store any large volumes of food.

Any medications we need to administer should be brought in their original containers or packaging; do not mix them into your pet’s food. If you and your dog are new to DOGeDAY, we recommend a few days of daycare in advance of a boarding stay. This gives your dog a chance to become comfortable and familiar with the environment at DOGeDAY and lets us get to know your pup.

  • Yes, we have staff here to account for evening feeding times, as well as a late potty break in between 8:30 – 10pm.  We take care of your pets every day for breakfast, dinner, potty breaks, and play time. Our lobby hours do not reflect the hours that we have staff on site taking care of your pets. Overnight periods are observed via a 24/7 Camera and Security System to ensure their safety.

  • Access to fresh water is provided at all times, and we ensure dogs get regular cooldowns and rest periods. However, most dogs play more in a few hours at daycare than they may during an entire day at home. Encourage them to drink small amounts of water at a time to prevent vomiting.

  • We don't take the pups out for strolls since they have our play yards to romp around all day long. They'll get plenty of wiggles and wag time hanging out with their furry pals! For safety's sake, and to keep you worry-free, our guests stay on-site while they're with us.

  • This is an environment that has dogs of different sizes. For the safety of our guests, we separate dogs into play areas based on their size, temperament, and activity level.

  • While rare, scratches and light marks from playing can happen. Staff are trained to judge when to break up play before it becomes too rough. An on-site Dog First Aid kit is used to address any wounds, and all scratches are reported to the owner before the dog goes home.
